About
A practice built on direct access
Sloan Legal Group is a solo practice. There is no associate rotation and no handoff after the first meeting — the attorney you retain drafts the documents, negotiates the terms, and answers the phone.
The work centers on transactions and planning: forming and documenting businesses, moving property cleanly from one owner to the next, and putting families in a position where nothing important is left undecided.
Scope and fees are discussed candidly at the outset. Estate planning is handled on a flat fee; real property and business matters are billed hourly once we agree on what needs to be done.

The Attorney
William Sloan
Principal & Sole Practitioner
William Sloan founded Sloan Legal Group to keep counsel personal. As a solo practitioner, he represents clients directly at every stage — from the first conversation through the final document — so judgment and accountability never pass to a junior hand.
His practice draws on experience across real property, business and entrepreneurship, and estate planning. He focuses on the matters where careful drafting and clear terms matter most: purchases and leases that have to hold up, business structures meant to last, and estate plans built for the people who depend on them.
Clients work with one attorney who knows the whole file. The result is straightforward advice, clear fee structures, and documents drafted for the real situation in front of you.
